DO I NEED TO BE A YOGA TEACHER OR FITNESS INSTRUCTOR TO JOIN?
Nope! All you need is a love for movement, a passion for transformation, and the desire to lead. Whether you're a teacher, healer, creative, or just feel called — if your soul says yes, you're ready.
IS THE TRAINING ONLINE OR IN-PERSON?
You choose your path. We offer a comprehensive online training you can complete from anywhere, or a powerful 2-day in-person immersion for those who want to feel the fire in real time. Both options include access to the Flow Lab, ongoing support and REBEL FLOW certification.
WHAT WILL I BE CERTIFIED TO DO?
You’ll be certified to lead your own REBEL FLOW classes — using our class structures, movement sequences, music guidance, and energy principles.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE MATERIALS?
While you pay your monthly license fee of £33 per month, you have access to your Flow Lab. Alongside all the epic training you receive once you sign up, you will get more opportunities to learn, expand your practice and knowledge and grow your career with other certifications.
WHAT IF I’M NERVOUS ABOUT LEADING?
hat’s natural — and you’re not alone. REBEL FLOW is about rising in your power and holding space from authenticity, not perfection. You’ll be fully supported through practice, mentoring, and our global rebel tribe.
CAN I TEACH THIS IN STUDIOS, RETREATS, OR ONLINE?
Yes! You’re free to teach REBEL FLOW anywhere — studios, retreats, events, or even your own online platform. We encourage facilitators to build their own vision using this powerful modality.
